Fall Contract Signing: In Person

TUESDAY, May 13th 8am-11am Priority NonResident Signing

Stop by the Brighton Office located at 242 W. 6th S. (between the townhouses next to the volleyball net).

Fill out a contract and pay the $175 reservation fee to secure your spot. We accept checks, money orders, or cashier checks.

Fall Contract Signing: Online

Starting TUESDAY, May 13th @ 11am 

1. Download the correct contract: Men Apartment -private and shared rooms, Townhome-4 person with shared rooms (women townhome/men townhome)
2. Read, fill out & sign the WHOLE contract (don’t forget the last page, there are 5 signatures)
3. Email it to Brighton Management: manager@brightonhousing.net
4. We will text you all the details and create a ledger for you!
5. You have 48 hrs to make your $175 Reservation Fee
   1. Payment Options:
      1. Online Portal: Card (percentage surcharge) or Bank Routing Number (smaller standard surcharge)
      2. Connextion Property Management(In person/Phone): 208-360-0097 (Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order)
      3. Brighton Office: 242 W 6^th S Rexburg, ID (building next to volleyball net) (Cashier’s Check, Check, Money Order)

 6. Once you have paid, you officially have a spot at Brighton
