Brighton has BYU-Idaho Approved housing for both men and women. Townhouses 1 through 15 and the Brighton Apartments are men’s housing.
Brighton Apartments ($1300 – $1350/semester)
These apartments offer private bedrooms and spacious shared rooms. Lots of storage space with a friendly environment. You will love living at Brighton!
Brighton Apartments is a men’s only apartment complex. Each apartment houses 6 students and features private bedrooms, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, Roku and WiFi.
Townhouses 1-10 | ($1350/semester)
With only 4 per townhouse, you will love our friendly and social atmosphere. Enjoy watching your favorite sports team on the new 58″ flat screens. You will feel right at home!
Built in 2003. Includes washer/dryer, full upstairs bathroom, half downstairs bathroom, Roku and WiFi.
Townhouses 11-15 |($1400/semester)
Built in 2012, you will appreciate these large and roomy townhouses with only 4 tenants. Enjoy watching your favorite sports teams on the new 58″ flat screens. With parking available right outside your front door!
